Not too Rich, Not too Poor: Transferring Wealth for the Middle Rich
Goal of this presentation is to provide ideas that are organized in a meaningful way that could be a guide for how we approach our estate planning clients and think about helping them, and that can be implemented by a diligent, knowledgeable lawyer, client, CPA, and investment professionals. Almost all of the ideas here have a “next level” that may make them more efficient or effective, but may also make them more risky, more likely to be improperly implemented, and, most importantly from the point of view of the middle-rich client, unnecessary.
