We are a member of the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils (NAEPC).   It is the Mission of the NAEPC to promote the multi-disciplinary approach to estate planning by supporting local estate planning councils and their members and by encouraging the formation of new councils.

The Estate Planning Council of Polk County (EPCPC) continues to carefully monitor the public health response to, and guidance about, the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).  The board of directors is committed to following appropriate state and national guidance about managing business events.  We are incredibly grateful for the support of the EPCPC members, sponsors, and colleagues during these unprecedented times and have been working tirelessly to review the organizations plans and activities for the new member year and to continue provide value to our members.

The EPCPC Board of Directors is working to confirm meeting dates and speakers for the upcoming 2020 / 2021 membership year. Please note all events will be held virtually until further notice. Further details about our Annual Membership Kickoff Social and all other planned meetings and programs is forthcoming.

During this time, we remain committed to exceptional member service and ask for your patience with what may be minor delays with replies to both email and telephone messages.

The health and safety of our people is of utmost importance and the most critical issue currently in front of the organization’s leadership.  Your patience and flexibility during this unprecedented time is appreciated.

Upcoming May 2021Meeting..........

Look for an announcement regarding our next meeting to be held the end of May.  The meeting will feature a panel made up of EPC members that attended the 2021 Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning.
